Initiate Request
Log into your PRIVATE account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
